Back in 1990, the ‘964’ was the last hand-built Porsche. The 964 has enjoyed a significant resurgence in recent years and they are one of the most iconic models to be produced in Stuttgart.

Acquired by its current owner in 2014, this Porsche 911 964 has enjoyed an interesting race history, having competed on tracks across Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, and finally Adelaide.

The Porsche was delivered to Finch Restorations to be professionally transformed back into a road-worthy vehicle, while allowing the client to enjoy its performance on and off the track. The post-restoration build will retain as many of its racing features as legally possible.

The owner chose Finch for the restoration after exploring other businesses. He said that Finch was the only company that did everything inhouse and provided a level of finish above others. The owner also recognised the great team of craftsman at Finch and their genuine love of cars.
