Peter is a professional Engineer with 40 years of manufacturing experience with an Engineering Degree and two Masters degrees: one in Project Management and one in Business Administration.

Harbinda is our Treasurer and Office Manager and has a Degree in Marketing.

Andrew is our Production Manager and previously worked for Finch as a Spray Painter and Panel Beater. Andrew in a certified NACE2 Coatings Inspector.

Kelly is an experienced finance & administration professional who manages bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable/receivable and administrative functions.

Leigh is a Professional Engineer with a background in project management, R&D, reverse-engineering, and product development.

As a Project Manager, Molly is a pivotal part of our PMO. An avid motorsports competitor, in 2022 Molly won Junior Australian Rally Champion.

David is a Professional Engineer also with a Bachelor of Finance and NACE2 certification. David manages Work-Order lifecycles and integrates projects in the portfolio schedule.

Andrea is a graphic designer and CAD designer who operates our 3D laser scanner and creates accurate 3D CAD models.

Will has been the Project Coordinator at Finch for several years, but is currently on Defence Force Reserves Leave for seven months.

Don is a Qualified Automotive Technician who manages our Assembly/Mechanic Shop and coordinates projects solutions.

Shane is a highly accomplished diagnostician, system designer, and hands-on technician. Shane is also an Oracle with an an encyclopedic memory.

Joe is a qualified motor mechanic with over 30 years experience. He has a vast knowledge of diagnosis, repairs and servicing. Joe is also qualified to train other technicians.

Michael is an accomplished engine-builder following on in the tradition of his father. Michael is fastidious and pays meticulous attention to detail.

Paul is passionate about motor vehicles and has followed motorsport from a young age. Paul has a high focus for quality control, and helpful with difficult jobs, fault diagnosing and repair.

Troy is our Panel Shop Supervisor and is a master in the metal arts.

Simon is a qualified Parts Interpreter of ~40 years experience. Simon researches, sources, and procures often rare components from suppliers internationally.

Jeff has worked in the Defence Science & Technology industry for some 50 years. Jeff has a background in Electronic Engineering, & Systems Engineering.

Jason is a trade qualified motor trimmer who also has useful MR truck and forklift licenses.

Tara and Alisha support Finch events such as car shows, official launches, and networking and celebratory events.
